Beyond the Gates has been hitting it out of the park since the show debuted in February. However, following a week's hiatus to re-air premiere week episodes at the beginning of July, the show has returned with a vengeance.
Over the past couple of weeks, Beyond the Gates viewers learned the secret that was giving Martin (Brandon Claybon) nightmares. Martin defending Vernon (Clifton Davis) and killing someone was not what fans expected.

The story has left fans feeling emotional and once again made Beyond the Gates stand out from other soaps. Claybon, Mike Manning (Smitty), Davis, Tamara Tunie (Anita), and Daphnée Duplaix (Nicole) were on fire in their performances, which only made this story hit even harder for fans.

Many fans revealed how they felt seeing the story unfold on daytime TV.

A fan shared that Beyond the Gates was “the best soap” they have seen in years and admitted the Richardson family can bring the drama.
