Travis Kelce’s ‘Happy Gilmore 2’ BTS Post Has Taylor Swift Fans Saying the Same Thing originally appeared on Parade.

Travis Kelce is known as a powerhouse on the football field, but his latest move has fans buzzing, especially Taylor Swift fans.

The Kansas City Chiefs star delighted not just NFL fans but also Swifties after landing a cameo role in Adam Sandler’s movie Happy Gilmore 2.

In the highly anticipated sequel, the veteran tight end portrayed “The Waiter,” a fiery, over-the-top country club server turned comedic villain.

To mark the special moment, the NFL star posted a behind-the-scenes look from the film's production, which featured the crew and fellow cast members, including Sandler, Bad Bunny, and his father, Ed Kelce, who also had a cameo role.

Moreover, he penned a message of gratitude for being part of such an amazing movie.

“Man, this life is crazy!! Still so surreal I got this opportunity. @adamsandler SANDMAN!! Thank you, brotha, for the opportunity and for giving us all Happy Gilmore 2! Everybody, go check it out right now! On @netflix.”

Following his Instagram post, fans lit up the comments with reactions to the hilarious cameo and how naturally he fit into the Happy Gilmore 2 chaos.

“You killed it, Travis,” one wrote.

“You were brilliant and hilarious!” a second user added.

In addition to this, fans couldn't help but say one thing about the Chiefs' tight end’s cameo.

“KARMA IS THE GUY ON THE SCREEN,” a Swiftie said.

“Taylor making sure she can keep saying ‘guy on the screen,’” a commenter noted.

The same goes for a different follower who remarked, “Karma is the guy on the screen & on the chiefs.”

“From karma is a guy on the Chiefs to the screen,” another echoed the same.

“Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, but now the guy on the screen,” a fan commented.

“Karma IS the guy on the screen,” a follower chimed in.

The line comes from Taylor Swift’s song “Karma,” which includes the lyrics: “Karma is the guy on the screen, coming straight home to me.”

During her Eras Tour, Swift famously changed the lyric to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs” — a playful nod to her boyfriend, who plays for the Chiefs.
